    You must meet ONE of the following requirements to send an application to Zeroskills.

    -Total level 250+
    -Savior of Erinn title
    -Rank 6 or higher transformation skill
    -Be approved by the leader or officer
    -Discover one of the ruins or break a seal
    -Rank 9+ Blacksmith Weave Tailor or Enchant
    -Rank 5+ Refine
